The best way to run kodi 17 on minix x8 h

I'm looking advice from members as it's not possible for lollipop on this device what's the best way to run kodi 17 On this device?

Would it be better to use
LibreElec as os also would it be better to daul boot or just wipe android and LibreElec
To load from internal?

Or would it be better to just use Install one of the kodi forks that is based on kodi FTMC MMC and EBMC etc?
